Crazy times we’re living in, right? Whoudathunk that in 2020 the world would be damn near living out “Contagion,” “Outbreak,” and little bit of “Shaun of the Dead” thrown in for good measure.
I don’t want to overplay the coronavirus or Covid-19 because, well . . . we see and hear enough about it across the airwaves every damn day. Instead, I’m turning my attention to midlife women, and asking the question, “Do you feel caught in the middle?”
Follow-up question: “Are you taking care of yourself?”
This special episode of “Midlife-A-Go-Go the podcast!” is dedicated to midlife women the world over who need a respite, need to take a break, and need to keep from strangling everyone in the house. I’m not the definitive expert on unexpected leisure time, but I do have one or two (or a dozen or so) ways that you can occupy yourself as you occupy your home during this weirdly unsettling pandemic.
Be well, ladies.
