What a blessing it is to get older. Age may come with a few aches and pains, but it also comes with wisdom. While some may fear getting older, others view it as growth and they accept it. But there is that one topic that, for some women, may be one best left silent: gray hair. There was a time when women with gray hair were relegated to the sidelines of life and viewed as “too old.” That outdated narrative is changing.
Today’s show is the first in a 2-part series that’s all about midlife and beyond women who are embracing their varying shades of gray. They’ve come out of the background with their crowning glory leading the way. I’m chatting with Angela Denise Davis and Jamie Oquin, two women who have ditched the dyes in favor of Mother Nature’s best.
