Repeat after me: I am a goddess. Go on . . . say it. I am a goddess.
I didn’t always feel this way about myself. But time has a way of changing our perception of ourselves. We come to appreciate ourselves, to love ourselves, to have more confidence as we learn and grow into the woman that we have become.
Narcissistic? Some might say yes, but really, I don’t care. If I don’t elevate myself, if I don’t tell myself I’m wonderful, if I don’t recognize the greatness that envelopes me, I’m inclined to believe that mediocrity is my destiny. Not me. Not today. Not this year. Not in this lifetime.
I am a f***ing goddess.
