As midlife women, we’re a little more sure of ourselves. While we may not be 100% solid on us, we’re likely far more optimistic than we were in our twenties or even our thirties. When we’re self-assured, there’s less room for negativity.
Negative thinking is an evil monster that can bubble up within us and spew out in the most damaging ways: it can affect our self-esteem, how we view the world, what we think of others and the things we say and do and how we feel about ourselves.
In the midst of midlife, we are overcoming negativity in its many forms. Go us!
