Midlife can be a wonderful time in a woman’s life. Unfortunately, some women don’t take advantage of this pivotal time, they don’t take that leap to script their second chapter, and, ultimately, they miss out on discovering a whole new life. That’s where reinvention comes in.

Reinvention is about change and growth. It’s a choice that you make for yourself that can have phenomenal benefits. But first . . .

As a midlife woman, do you know who you are . . . really know who you are?

This episode gives you a gentle nudge in the direction of self-discovery, and features five women who share their stories of reinvention and their thoughts on the journey that has led them to the women they have become today.
