Think back . . . think way back; back to when you put on a pair of hot pants, looked at yourself in the mirror, turned around so you could get a gander at your rear end, and smiling because you not only looked good, but you felt good, too.
Now . . . flash back to last week. As you study your body, your form, the way you move, the way you feel, you realize that although you may look different, it’s still you that you stare at and it’s still your body in that mirror.
Sure, your body may have changed — your hips have widened, your waist is a little thicker, your butt may not be as plump as it once was — but that shouldn’t, and doesn’t, stop you from loving and embracing your wonderful self
